Well-being can be described as the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy. This course will describe the various dimensions of well-being and the impact of well-being on our mental health. This online course is for caregivers who often focus their attention and energy on others leaving little for themselves. We will discuss compassion fatigue and exhaustion and explore strategies for daily self-care. If you struggle to prioritize yourself, this course is for you!
NOTE: This course is 2 sessions (Dec. 2 and 9), with each session 1½ hours in length.
