This course is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College program. The Learning Centre is open for all adult participants who wish to gain information and learn new skills to support their own mental health and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial peer support environment.
