You can make mental health matter. There are many ways you can help CMHA promote the mental health of everyone and support the resiliency and recovery of those experiencing mental illness.

A membership with CMHA tells governments and fundraising foundations that the community supports our work:
Donate to CMHA
Your gift supports the Canadian Mental Health Association in its mission to promote mental health and help those with mental illnesses, while keeping our costs low. To discuss how you may make a financial donation to the work of CMHA Swan Valley Branch, please contact our office at 204-734-2734, or drop by our location for a visit.
Share Your Story
CMHA is looking for volunteers who would be willing to share their story of mental illness and recovery to middle and high school youth. If you have a positive story of recovery from mental illness in your youth, and would be interested in participating in the “Speak Up” program (formerly known as “Mile 5” – Mental Illness Literacy Education), please contact Rod Seib (204-734-2734) for more information. Training for sharing your story in the Speak Up program is provided by CMHA free of charge.
